New management strategy for modern organisations demands that the traditional gulf between management and lower cadre staff be reduced. More often, communication of ideas flows from the top to bottom with the subjects’ role being implementation only. Modern dynamic organisations are realizing that the management can and should indeed tap ideas from all staff members. Unfortunately, because of the existing gulf and communication barriers, this has not been possible.

At Mtana Safaris, we offer you the opportunity to break down these barriers and get people out of cocoons in a relaxed atmosphere in the wild. We structure this programme in a way that makes it as interactive as possible. For corporate safaris, we combine sightseeing, game viewing and teambuilding exercises.

 

We arrange for a game drive as well as lunch and accommodation to your specifications. Afterwards our trainers will take you through some team building exercises and we would normally cap it with a small talk on communication. We may also be able to organise the same team exercises that may involve a lot more creativity in the exercises such as marathons, treasure hunting and racing.
Several options on corporate tours exist. The option of accommodation included or not, meals included or not, we are flexible to your requirements.
